Dexisive to support ActioNet on Five-Year CORENet contract.

On 17 February 2009 ActioNet Inc. announced that DISA awarded them the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Corporate Enterprise Network (CORENet) Operations, Administration, and Expansion contract. Dexisive Inc., an ActioNet partner on CORENet, will be providing technology expertise in a variety of areas critical to the success of CORENet users and the DoD agencies they support. ActioNet reports that the CORENet contract is estimated at $78M over 5 years. DISA is a combat support agency responsible for planning, engineering, acquiring, fielding, and supporting global net-centric solutions to serve the needs of the President, Vice President, the Secretary of Defense, and other DoD Components, under all conditions of peace and war. DISA provides solutions and enhanced capabilities that enable its customers to make rapid decisions, using real-time information, and to turn these decisions into critical strategic, operational, and tactical actions. DISA is the provider of global net-centric solutions for the Nation's warfighters and all those who support them in the defense of the nation. Dexisive Awarded Five-Year Department of Defense Contract

Under subcontract to Catapult Technology, Dexisive was awarded a five-year contract providing services to the Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Service (WHS), Defense Continuity Integrated Network/Pentagon Continuity Information System (DCIN/PCIS) program. The prime contract was awarded on the General Services Administration (GSA) Veterans Technology Serices Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (VETS) contract vehicle.
